From what I have seen from Mario Galaxies videos and images, it is the true sequel to Super Mario 64 (N64 1996). I think we can all say that Super Mario Sunshine was a disaster yeah? Okay, some of Sunshines controls and graphics were smart, but the storyline and overall approach was lame.

We have classic items returning in Galaxy including the Fire Flower from Mario's 2D adventures! The flying bee suite is what I believe is a version of the flying leaf from Super Mario Bros 3. With a more 'Mushroom Kingdom' feel and the apparent return of Luigi later in the game...be sure to expect long hours of gameplay.

A must buy for all Nintendo/Mario/Wii fans. The first main Mario game for the Wii and hopefully one to remember just like Super Mario 64!

After getting an exclusive hands-on preview of this game i have come to the conclusion that it is absoultely 100% the most enjoyable game i have ever played, with stunning graphics which really displaying the Wii's capabilities. This game will not only rock your socks, it will blow your actual feat clean off and is therefore a must buy for all Wii owners.

There are some moments in gaming that define why we're all here right now, and this is one of them.

Its brilliant, its a must buy for anybody. I highly reccomend it to anyone of any age. You need to get this game!
