Amazon Editorial Review at Compare Game Prices
In a nutshell:
As if the idea of five games in one package didn't sound a good enough deal on its own the Wii's best multiplayer compendium comes free with the console.

The lowdown:
Clearly realising that they need to provide some quick and obvious reasons why the Wii Remote is such a good idea Nintendo have packed in this compilation with the console, which includes simple versions of tennis, golf, baseball, bowling and boxing. The four player tennis game is the obvious stand out as you swing the Remote exactly as you would a real tennis racket, with the game seeming to almost magically interpret your movements into the game. All the other games work in a similar way, as you hold the Remote like a golf club or ready it like a baseball bat - you can even use it to gently roll bowling bowls and add some subtle aftertouch. The graphics make be purposefully basic but these are the games to instantly prove why the Wii is going to be such a revolution.

Most exciting moment:
While even Wii Tennis can be played with very minor movements of the Wii Remote the boxing game actively encourages you to act things out properly. You hold up both the Remote and the nunchuck to simulate your two hands and then duck and weave as you switch between trying to pummel your opponent and dodging or blocking their own attacks.

Since you ask:
You can use your own customised Mii Channel character in any of the games for that personal touch. The idea was originally just a joke featuring caricatures of Nintendo's top brass for a press conference, but it proved so popular that Nintendo ensured anyone could make their own character to play with.

The bottom line:
Five of the best games on the Wii and they all come free with the console!-HARRISON DENT

Nintendo revert - (5/5)
Since the announcement of the next title race between ps3, x box and the Wii, I thought I had lost faith in what Nintendo were producing. I had bought a ps2 after the N64 because I wanted to play the bigger titles that were only being released on it, I could not have been more wrong. Since getting the ps2 I found the gameplay of the games (with exception to grand theft auto, which took a while longer) was shockingly bad. I'd think back to when I had a Nintendo 64 and Snes and realise how much better the game play was and how much more I played (and still do play) all the old titles, even without the great graphics.
This brings me to the discussion of the Wii. This Christmas I will be buying the Wii. This is because sure, when you play a game and the graphics are stunning, it is beautiful. When I saw the graphics on splinter cell chaos theory I was stunned but I still didn't finish the game before I was bored. The gameplay though on all the Nintendo consoles were brilliant. Such things as Goldeneye, Zelda Donkey Kong etc.
Nintendo have realised that their games have the gameplay quality, and have taken the risk of designing this new controller, which lets be honest, makes the user feel like their actually controlling the character rather than just sitting down button bashing. So whereas the PS3 will have the best graphics, the top companies now have a new outlet to build ideas around, with the Wii.
To put all that together, the Wii will not have the best graphics, (though they will still be good) but the new idea with the controller will give the designers more freedom to design with, attracting them to the new Wii console, and still retain the exclusive Nintendo classics and flawless gameplay, which will keep people playing for hours. This is why I will defiantly be going back to Nintendo.

Wiil you like it? I think so! - (5/5)
Me and my son have just got back from Nintendo's roadshow in Brighton, and I have to say that this remarkable. I don't know much about what goes on inside a console, and to be frank after seeing this I don't really mind. When I played myself I found this to be extremely fun to play aswell as watch (games such as Wario Ware can be quite entertaining!). I feel this is the perfect present for anyone this Christmas, keeping active is a problem for gamers. This console makes you move, and enjoy doing it! The price is also very good, in terms of the new consoles I was very wary about buying any, until I saw this price tag, and that's including a game! It has even persuaded me to put a bit more money than I usually would out because the extra controllers make all the fun!

The Wii - (5/5)
Okay, so theres the Nintendo fans, and the non-Nintendo fans. The non-Nintendo fans think that Nintendo consoles are worse than either the Xbox 360 or PS3 because it may have graphics that aren't quite as detailed and titles that may not seem appealing. There have also been questions about whether the Wii's controller will actually work or if it will just be a complete failure. But I can be certain that the Wii and it's new controller and gameplay style will work and it will be one of the best things that has ever happened to computer gaming.
Sure, Nintendo's graphics are not as good as the PS3's, but I'm not after amazingly out of this world graphics! I'm after something new, and Nintendo have provided that something new!
As for the titles, there's Zelda, Super Mario, Super Smash Bros, Red Steel and even Wii Sports to look forward to, plus a lot more cracking releases than that. So whoever said that Nintendo don't release good titles either didn't look at the releases they are making or they're just a bit nuts!

Rather than just revamp the graphics, Nintendo have decided to get their graphics up to date and focus on introducing this new controller style of gameplay. I am 110% sure this controller will be fun and reliable because of the amount of work that's gone into it. As you can see, the Wii console is very affordable at £179.99, but controllers however, are pretty pricey at aorund £30. This then proves that their has been a fiar amount go into this controller, showing that it's a high quality and professional piece of gaming hardware, not just a cheap bit of non-reliant rubbish.

The Wii, unlike the PS3 is not ridiculosly overpriced, and is going to be fantastic fun. I am eagerly awaiting Christmas for my pre-order to arrive!

We love Wii. - (5/5)
Not only are the xbox360 and ps3 remarkably similiar(and far more expensive).
They are ALSO remarkably similar to the last generation of consoles in everyway except prettier make-up(graphics).
When you are truly immersed in a game, the graphics become taken for granted, gameplay counts.
Plus the extra detail in sonys cames cause the frame-rate to suffer and runs at mostly 30fps in the better graphical games,as does xbox360 killer app GEARS OF WAR, this is something else that hinders immersion into a game as action can stutter on screen, this frame rate is also very last-generation.
The wii has 60fps on all most if not all the games I'm aware of, and In my opinion, only the wii truly offers next generation gaming with the motion sensitive controls, something sony delayed the design of their own controller to try and emulate, but it is a shameless and virtually useless 'tacked-on-at-the-last-minute' gimmick, that shows a little desperation.
NO game developer anywhere in the world, has the back-catologue and exclusive in-house franchises that nintendo have, lets not forget nintendo games are and have always been the best selling games in the history of the industry only ONE game comes even close to breaking that monopoly and thats grand theft auto.
